Sue Hardie wins volunteer of the year award at Ynys Mon Sports awards 2010
Sue won an award in the "volunteers of the year" section.
The citation, presented by the MSOD President (Ray Beer), reads:
Mrs Sue Hardie joined the MSOD Club in 2001. For the past nine years she has volunterily given her time generously as an RAYC results recorder. Nearly every Saturday afternoon and Wednesday evening she has been on the Start Line outside in all types of weather conditions. This totalled 111 hours on 51 occasions in 2010 alone.
Sue does this work quietly and assumingly and I have no hesitation in recommending her for this award, as she is just the type of person who needs this sort of recognition.
